Restore Thermal Performance Without Water or Corrosion
- The dry process generates no liquid effluent
- Removes final combustion residue and restores optimal heat transfer efficiency
- Prepares heat exchange surfaces for inspection/maintenance work
- Eliminates chemical corrosion risk because no water touches the equipment
- No discharge handling or managing
Where It Works
We use the ABRAMEX® process on the fire side of thermal equipment and boilers, including:
- Industrial boilers
- Other fire-side thermal equipment affected by combustion residue
- Welding equipment

How It Works
We start with a call to scope the request, followed by a site visit and a written proposal. Once the customer approves the proposal, our crew performs the offline dry cleaning on-site, with the duration of the intervention depending on the equipment involved. We complete the job with a final inspection to confirm the equipment is ready to return to service.
- Scope the request
- Site visit
- Written proposal
- Customer approval and scheduling
- On-site intervention (duration varies by equipment)
- Operation completed and final inspection
Benefits
Performance
- Restores the thermal capacity of equipment by removing final combustion residue
- Prepares heat exchange surfaces for inspection and maintenance work
Environmental
- Dry process that generates no liquid effluent
- No chemical corrosion, since the process uses no water
Economical
- Streamlined intervention process from first call to final inspection
