Stephan holds a Master of Science in Chemical and Wastewater Treatment and brings nearly a decade of engineering experience across feasibility studies, FEED, EPC, and commissioning. After joining CTP Environment France in 2011 to launch the AEROMOBIL portable wastewater unit across European Oil & Gas facilities, he relocated to Canada in 2014 to establish offices in Edmonton and Toronto. Based in Houston, Texas, he now leads CTP’s North American expansion across upstream and downstream Oil & Gas markets while continuing to grow the company’s core industrial chemical cleaning business.

Chad brings 30 years of oil and gas leadership and relationship-building experience to the CTP America Wastewater Treatment team. Driven by a passion for business growth, he leads expansion efforts for the Wastewater Treatment division across the United States, South America, and the Caribbean. His target growth sectors encompass Downstream O&G, Upstream O&G, Chemical/Petrochemical, Food & Beverage, Municipal WWT, Manufacturing and Distribution, Minerals/Mining, and any industrial facility generating wastewater.

Chris leverages 28 years of oil and gas industry experience in relationship-building and strategic expansion as a leader on the CTP America team. Focused on scaling CTP’s Heat Efficiency and Industrial Chemical Cleaning (ICC) divisions, he oversees business development across the United States, South America, and the Caribbean. He leads market expansion efforts targeting Downstream O&G, Power Generation, Chemical and Petrochemical, Data Centers, and other energy-intensive facilities seeking optimized thermal performance.
